Columbus Catholic Schools is now accepting applications for financial aid for the 2026-2027 school year.
Please note that students in K-8 may potentially fill out two different applications, students in 9-12 will only have one application to fill out, please read all details below.
*NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED*
Grades K-12 Columbus Catholic Schools (CCS) Financial Aid – THE APPLICATION DEADLINE IS APRIL 15
Financial aid applications and documents are collected through FACTS Tuition Management.
*Paper applications are NOT available.
Log in using your existing FACTS username and password. The application fee is $45 per year and takes approximately 15-25 minutes to complete. Applications are not complete until all required documents are uploaded.
To complete the application, you will need:
- Completed 2025 tax return.
- Additional documents may be required.
Applications must be completed and submitted to receive financial aid.

Grades K-8 Children’s Scholarship Fund – THE APPLICATOIN DEADLINE IS MAY 1
Returning CSF Families: You must apply using your EXISTING account. Creating a new account will classify you as a new applicant, which has stricter income qualification requirements than requalifying applicants.
Applications are not considered complete until all required financial aid documents have been uploaded.
Applications will be accepted February 9, 2026 – May 1, 2026.
