national honor society

National Honor Society is an organization for high school students who excel in the areas of scholarship, leadership, character, and service.  Students will be invited to apply after their freshman year if they have maintained a 93.0% or higher GPA and do not have any “strikes” as are defined in the student handbook. A committee of faculty members review the applications to determine membership. Members must continue to keep their GPA at 93.0% or higher as well as present good character, leadership, and service until they graduate to be considered permanent members.  The NHS Sponsor is Chemistry teacher Jane Dusel-Misfeldt.
