This page is your one-stop resource for registering both current and new students entering grades 7 through 12 for the 2025–2026 school year.

Whether you’re returning for another year or enrolling at Scotus for the first time, we’ve laid out everything you need to complete the registration process—from important dates and required forms to tuition information and helpful resources. Our goal is to make this process as simple and stress-free as possible.

To get started, please select the option that applies to your student:

Current Students – For families re-enrolling students already attending Scotus.

New Students – For families completing registration for the first time and preparing to join our school community.

Current Students

If your student is currently enrolled at Scotus Central Catholic, please complete the following steps to register for the 2025–2026 school year:

Fill Out the Registration Form
Review and submit the registration form for each returning student. Be sure to confirm that all contact and emergency information is up to date.

Note: You do not need to create a new FACTS account or submit new academic records.

Update Medical Records (if needed)
If there have been any changes to your student’s medical history, medications, allergies, or emergency contacts, please submit updated medical forms.

New Students

This ensures we have your student’s basic information and confirms enrollment for the 2025–2026 school year.

Submit Medical Forms
Please complete all required health forms, including emergency contact and immunization records.
